  1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available within 3 days of booking, provided the session has not started. No refunds will be issued once a session has begun.

  2. No-Show & Late Arrival: No refunds or credits will be issued for missed or late sessions.

  3. Service Errors: If an incorrect service is booked, partial refunds or credits may be offered, subject to approval.

  4. Processing Time: Approved refunds may take up to 10 days to process.

The Cancellaion & Refund Policy

At Serenity By MSH, we strive to provide the best experience with our tarot readings, numerology consultations, and other healing services. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while respecting both our clients and our service providers.
 

Refund Eligibility
 

  1. Booking Responsibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring the correct service is selected and paid for at the time of booking.

  2. Refund Requests: Refunds can be requested within 3 days from the payment date. After this period, refunds are not eligible. If you are unsatisfied with a session, please contact us within this time frame.

  3. Session Initiation: Once a session has been started, no refunds will be issued. This applies even if the session is not completed in full.

  4. No-Show or Late Arrival: If a client fails to attend or arrives late, no refund or credit will be provided for the missed time.

  5. Errors in Booking: If an incorrect service was booked, we may provide a partial refund or credit for the unused portion of the service, subject to management approval.
     

How to Claim a Refund
 

  1. Proof of Purchase: To request a refund, please provide your receipt, proof of purchase, or the email ID used for booking.

  2. Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds may take up to 10 days to reflect in your account.

  3. Bank Inquiries: If you do not receive your refund within the specified timeframe, please contact your bank or credit card provider for assistance.
     

Additional Considerations

  • Tarot and Spiritual Services: As these services are for entertainment and guidance, we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction once the session has begun. However, if you feel the service did not meet expectations, please contact us within the 3-day window to discuss your concerns.

  • Wellness Services: The 3-day refund policy applies to all wellness services like numerology and personalized plans as well.
